10 Minute Abs!

If you have been on any workout apps or YouTube, then you know that there are so many quick 5, 10, or 15 minute workouts to target a particular part of your body. I am focusing on my abs for the next two weeks. Its been snowing, and I haven't been able to go on my walks, so I am practicing full body yoga routines and one focused body area. I am targeting my abs right now. I blended a lot of the workouts that I have tried and compiled them into one video. If you want to work your abs out, try it and let me know what you think!


10 Minute Abs

9 workouts ⁣

30 seconds each ⁣

5 minutes rest in between⁣

3. Bicycle Crunch⁣

4. Crunch w/Leg Lift⁣

5. Toe Reach Crunch⁣

6. Roll Up Crunch⁣

7. Bicycle Crunch⁣

8. Oblique Crunch - Right⁣

9. Oblique Crunch Left⁣
